Hello. I dowloaded Minecraft Starter collection from the Microsoft store and can't sign in. I saw that others get this glitch, but i couldn't fix it with all the sollutions i tried. I can't refund it and i wanted to so i could download it from the minecraft site.

However, this issue is Invalid.
As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly.
The bug tracker is manned by volunteers, as such we have no way to provide refunds etc.
If you would like to try and get your current purchase working you may find the Community Support discord is able to help!
Please also know, this project is only for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software. For bugs related to Minecraft Bedrock, please make sure the project field reflects that on the new bug form.
