[BDS-5051] All of my skins and everything on my main account had disappeared I am not able to recover them it says that I need to buy them even though I already had.

All of my skins/world/texture packs had disappeared and I am not able to recover them and it says that I need to purchase them again even Though I had already spent money on them.
