I'm not able to play Minecraft on my Switch. I get an account error -9. I cannot access the marketplace even not being signed in due to the error. After the error pops up the game crashes in about 40 seconds indicating that the software is close because of an error occurred. I've tried to sign in again as the game crashes before I can complete the sign-in process. As I've read other places I also tried to change my Xbox account password. I also selected the clear account sign in data under profile settings. This seemed to have no effect and again the game would crash.
