On the xbox version, I signed up for the beta through xbox insider, I unenrolled multiple times deleted minecraft then deleted the insider app, and when I redownloaded minecraft, the beta was still installed on minecraft. Thanks for your time! Please note that I was forced to lie for the "affected versions" Its the beta 1.16 as specified in the summary
