On servers, bows, crossbows and throwables are extremely delayed or simply do not fire at all, making them completely impractical.

However, unfortunately this report is Incomplete.
It does not contain enough information and as such, we've unable to understand or reproduce the bug.
If you're playing on a server with very high latency this can occur, this however would not be considered a bug but rather a byproduct of how the internet works.
Please have a read through the Guide on creating bug reports and make sure to include enough information in a new report so that a volunteer can easily reproduce the bug you describe.
Screenshots, videos and clear reproduction steps help immensely in getting your report confirmed.
Please also note, this project is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software, if your issue relates to the Minecraft Bedrock game please head over to the MCPE Project
