Dedicated Server No Start Error v1.16.0.2

I recently updated my server from v1.14 and I am currently running Minecraft Bedrock Server version 1.16.0.2 and get the following error as follows below.

I have attempted to run as Administrator and re-download/re-install the server to no avail. No similar issue with previous versions.

Thank you in advance for your help 🙂
