After creating a dedicated server, I(or any of my friends) cannot connect to the server without switching the online-mode to false but that does not let friends outside of the LAN join. When switched on, I receive an error stating "You need to authenticate to Xbox Live" and cannot connect to my own local server via my Xbox One.
Both IPv4 and IPv6 ports are forwarded, NAT types are open(checking through the Windows Xbox app and the Xbox One settings).

I had this same issue. Adding the server port (19132, default) and the server.exe to the Windows Defender Firewall (Inbound) fixed this problem for me.

I wonder if I'm missing something. I am also having this issue and I opened up all the firewall protections on the computer hosting the server but am still getting the error message about needing to connect to XBox Live.
