When running the bedrock server on Windows, shutting down the computer and booting it causes the software to start up again.
Bedrock server does not appear in Task Manager and it isn't in the settings for start up apps.
When running a server with lots of different software, the bedrock server can't restart after a power loss, it needs to be controlled.

Your report is contradictory, in your first sentence you mention it restarts after power loss but in the last sentence you say it can't. Configuring your server to start automatically is something you would need to configure yourself.
