[BDS-9535] When I get in, my purchases do not appear and if I go to the server it will come out soon because I was going to get to a server that they invited me and I do not get anything, please help

Every time I start Minecraft bedrock I go to the servers section and I get a text that says soon and when I go to the store I do not get anything from any of my purchases or anything helps please
