I was in the beta and after i quit the beta and went back to non beta versions of minecraft, all of the featured servers disappered. Instead it shows the text "Coming Soon".
update: still is happening but it now doesnt let join my worlds, join other people, or join realms. Although i can still create worlds. and it is still happening in 1.12.0
migrated
This is also happening in 1.14.20 on iOS

Figured out a solution for this on Xbox One! I deleted all of my saved data for minecraft, however, only on my console. Then I uninstalled Minecraft then reinstalled it onto my Xbox. After opening the game the servers returned.
Extra Note: Deleting your save data from your console won't get rid of your worlds. At least it didn't for me. You do have to reinstall any world templates or resource/skin packs you had prior.

I did this but I couldn't delete one of the save files but it still says it

I found a fix for this on Xbox one (I dont know if it works for everyone) Sign out of your Xbox account and then sign back in and when it says syncing user data press cancel or B then it might work for you

This Occasionally Happens to me on Amazon fire tablet, 1.14.30

Likely a connection issue

Anyone resolve this problem?
migrated
I found a potential source of the problem and why its happening, if anyone has downloaded a BUNCH of mods or texture/resource packs.
Ever since i cleared up a bunch of resource and behavior packs i downloaded in my resource_packs and behavior_packs folder (i had around 30 behavior packs and 20 textuee packs i didnt use), it allmost never happens anymore.
migrated
It happens to me when I have low wifi/data connectivity.
migrated
I even tried to delete it and re download it a nothing happened everything is the same it still says coming soon and everything also works a lot slower and takes forever to get into a world( I can’t even go in the nether.) I also suggest that when you sign into your Xbox account in a different device the worlds and mods and etc. they transfer over to that device.

Okay, so I hopped on Minecraft today 6/7/2020, and the servers were there, but I can't join any of them. It just says "Connection times out. Unable to connect to world". All I did was wait it out, and one day it randomly came backup, but none of them work sadly. And this is for Xbox One.

Possible source of not seeing servers: Having behaviour or texture packs, I eliminated them and it works (most of the times).

I Am Playing On Minecraft Windows 10 Edition And Have Yhis Problem Also My Version İs 1.16.0
migrated
Have this issue on ipad running since 1.16 and now running 1.16.1
We've tried a full reinstall wiping all worlds, texture maps etc to no avail. It works sometimes but it's unclear why it does and why it doesn't.
Very frustrating. Since 1.16 playing any of our locally hosted servers is often difficult / impossible. Same version on Android on the same network doesn't have the same issues (weird Android is much more reliable in general across the board).

I can't join in the server since I played 1.16pe 5 months ago. Also, no matter what VPN I use ,the problem seems haven't become better a bit. Even though my web connect is very well, I can neither add new server nor join them. I don't think is for my problem.

Sadly the same thing is happened to me I haven't found a way around it.😭

It affects mee too and i have to reopen minecraft to fix

Same issue still in 1.16, coming soon (tm)....

ps4 does not have servers atm.

You can fix this by clicking the X Button, not on the game, the X Button right next to the servers, open the server tab again and it may work, if the problem presists, close the game, and re-open it.
Hope this helps!

Having the same issue and just want Mojang to fix it, happens to me constantly. Close the game and reopen “coming soon” restart everything “coming soon” like I hate it so much
migrated
It has happened to me as well. I would see the "Coming Soon" as well but I relaunched the game and ever since that second I saw the bug, I haven't seen it again. 🙂

I think an issue on why players cant access this is that they arent getting a good enough connection. I did a experiment on this just to see if my therory was correct. I first tried playing with ethernet and never had an issue with it. Then I tried playing on 2G wireless network, most times it work but had three times it didnt. Then I connected to my 5G network. never had an issue with it. So I think this is a reason it might not work. Try moving your device/console closer to your router and if all possible use ethernet. Hope this helps! 🙂

Strangely, only feature servers don't appear but the added servers are still displayed. Going back to the main menu and returning to the server tabs fixed for me. Small bug but still needs consideration from devs.

I just started having this issue after my Samsung galaxy Tab A updated. Now i cant get any of my skins or get on an servers and my friends don't even show up. Have great internet connection! Something is wrong and needs and update from Minecraft.
migrated
First, it's NOT an internet issue, if it was, the servers would still appear. HOWEVER, I've now discovered something, if you're apart of the Xbox Insider Console Preview Program and are ahead in Xbox Updates, it seems your servers will appear as coming soon. I'm guessing it has to do with Minecraft not being ready for that version yet, similar to how some Minecraft Servers you can't play on unless you have a specific version of the game. You all might want to check in the Xbox Insider Hub app on Xbox.

xbox server tab is broken for me it say come soon haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
gamerpower2655
This does happen on Windows 10, but very rarely and If you restart Minecraft it will usually fix itself. (This is from my experience)

This is not fixed and i paid for vip on lifeboat and my moneys that i worked for is going to go to waste please can you fix this and if possible renew my vip because it really sucks

(I play on an iPad 6, running iPadOS 14) it seems this is an issue with Xbox live accounts, because I can’t access marketplace, servers show as “coming soon”, and in-game on the pause menu it says on the player sidebar “oops! Your Xbox live account was disconnected” or something along those lines. This isn’t an issue with my internet. Is anyone else experiencing the coming soon server screen experiencing this too?
migrated
@Anna Adkins This is exactly what was happening. I had to factory reset my xbox to fix it.
migrated
Did factory reseting fixed the problem?
migrated
I'm having this problem with my device (Samsung Galaxy A9, Android 10, Minecraft 1.16.40). I tried everything to fix and the issue is still reproducing (Clean cache and data, reinstall app, change networks, VPN, factory reset of device)

This happened to me as well. I did a lot of things when trying to fix the problem, ergo I don't know exactly which one worked, but I got it to work after:
Signing out and into Xbox Live.
Restarting Minecraft.
Disconnecting and reconnecting to internet.
Hope it helps!

I got it on switch. I cannot connect to any servers.. Is someone planning to fix this ? I Can't access to the store too when this is happening
migrated
This is an issue that I believe will be patched soon, hopefully but will be fixed in the next snapshot/update
migrated
I had to create a new Xbox live account to fix this, because I tried logging out and logging in but my password wasn’t working despite the fact that it’s always been the same thing and I’ve never changed it. Servers and stuff work now, so if you don’t care about your marketplace purchases or achievements I’d just make a new account.

Affects 1.16.200.53 Beta
migrated
Yeah i went into beta and then the same thing happens to me!
migrated
This issue happened to be on my IPhone and I didn’t use any beta version. I was able to back up my worlds to ICloud and delete and redownload Minecraft. This resolved the issue for me.
migrated
This Issue Is Still Active In 1.16.200 Release
migrated
I was able to resolve this on both of our switches by navigating to Data Management > Delete Save Data > selecting ‘Minecraft’. Next I selected the user who’s unable to access the Featured Servers section and deleted their saved data.
You’ll have to log back into your Xbox live account next time you pull up the game, but it should be fixed. This will also delete your worlds you have saved locally, so it’s probably best to back those up prior.
migrated
It’s been happening to me for the last 4 months and I can’t delete all my worlds because I have 400 and I don’t know how to back up and I have a bunch of worlds that active that I’m im playing, I play Xbox 1.16.200
migrated
this is not a bug. you have to reaload your game.
migrated
DON'T DELETE OR RELOAD YOUR GAME!!!!!!
All you have to do is connect to your Microsoft (Xbox) account. If you are, make sure your account is not set as a child or unable to play online.
migrated
The easiest way to solve this (without having to resign in or input server address) is to go into App info and and press Clear Cache.
migrated
michal i am and that's the only way to get to server. please tell me how to get the 7 servers SHOWING at all.
migrated
Everything was working fine until yesterday. Today, it just decided to take away my servers and say "Featured Servers" coming soon. My xbox account is connected, everything else is showing but not the servers. I've tried restarting my desktop, the mcpe client, my router - nothing helped.
I'm on version 1.18.2 btw - so update that affected version thing too.
