If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature to see if the issue has already been mentioned.
Also, for future reports please make sure to select the exact version that you were playing on. You selected 1.16.61 (PS4) for this report even though you are playing on Xbox. You can check what version you are playing on by looking at the number in the bottom right corner of the title screen.
