Every time I want to enter a server I can only see a sign saying Coming Soon, I can't join nor Featured Servers nor Servers that I added by myself. I have tried everything, even contacted a few Xbox Gamers Support and non were able to fix it

Hmm...usually this is caused by a weak connection, however the picture provided shows your computer is plugged in via Ethernet (icon on taskbar)

An Ethernet connection doesn't guarantee anything. You could have a bad or wrong Ethernet cable, a malfunctioning modem, or a poor quality link to your ISP. How is your internet connectivity, in general?
Have you considered the possibility that a firewall may be blocking access to the third-party servers? Who controls your network connections? If this is a business computer, the company may be blocking you from connecting.

Hello sorry for the really late response. Uh, I am considering the fact that the issue is the cable, because in the recent days my cable has been acting strangely, and my router is pretty old. As for the speed it is at 60 MB as I have just run some Ookla Broadband Tests and it levels out at 59-60. I have been able to join servers but this only happens rarely, so the firewall can't be the issue. Today I joined a server, then I crashed, checked the speed, capped at 59, but still saw the coming soon. I guess the possible solutions are to buy a new cable or modem.
