after taking your payment for a realm on an apple device (although others have faced this problem cross platform) it will say that the purchase was successful but a realm couldn't be created and to check back later. this issue never goes away no matter how long you leave it and it has now happened to me twice (in april and now) and the first time both apple and mojang/minecraft have REFUSED to refund me despite me not getting the content I'd paid for. this is a game breaking bug and it urgently needs fixed.
