Last night a player connected to my BDS and enabled Show Coordinates.
This user was definitely not in the permissions.json.
I had to connect with my operator account to change the setting back.

Do you have more details on how this was achieved? I've just tried on a new server and am unable to do so.
I'll happily provide anything I have. Are there any server logs that would help? Would the world files have anything? Let me know and I'll make whatever you need available.
I am guessing that it was a hacked client, but I have no evidence either way so far.
