New arrows are removed from inventory when shot in creative.

Pretty simple, even though regular arrows are infinite in Creative mode, when you shoot one of the potion tipped arrows in Creative, it is removed from your inventory as if you were in Survival. This is very annoying when you dont want to have to keep getting arrows from the inventory to shoot them.
