Game keep crashing in version 1.9

Every time I try to get on a world or server in version 1.9 it crashes immediately, I have tried to fix it many times and it would still have the same result. I have every thing up to date on my compuiter and java seems to be working just fine.here is what comes up when I try to get on map or server
