Extreme Glitch

Whenever I go onto a world after going onto a server it glitches, extremely fast, by choosing a chunk and displaying it EVERYWHERE! After about 0.1 seconds, it chooses a different chunk and does the same thing! It has done it on 4 different computers, so I don't think it's this one. That is the best I could describe it. The blocks are still there, unchanged, but it could be showing a chunk 1,000,000 blocks away from where i am actually at! Sometimes this happens on servers. I don't know what to do! Also, the chunk it chooses is repeated across the entire world. (the same chunk is every chunk)
