Are you unsing a Resourcepack?
Does this occure in Singleplayer?

Modded server, looking at the sidebar

I am not using a resource pack and this does not occur in single player. And yes, this is a modded server but most servers now a days are modded. So can you guys fix this for 1.9.3?

please go in single player, and provide steps to reproduce, as well as screenshots and a forced crash report (f3+c for 10 seconds)

yes, unless you're capable of reproducing this in vanilla, this is not mojangs fault
