(i never report bugs so im gonna tell you what happens here) (and java is 6-8 idk and windows) so i was looking in some stuff and when i chosse the linkering, lingering, idk, i found a water glitch
the potion effects went through the river

Ok, so this has already been reported before, see MC-9553, you can use the search function in the top right of the screen to look for existing reports.
Th enviroment is the place for pc details, java, os, etc
If you want to make quality reports, look things up, including how to spell, so people will beleve and test your issue earlier (advoid saying I don't know) if you really don't know your java, then just don't mention it.
Use descriptive titles (Water and potion render wrong)
