[MC-100471] Enderman doesnt get aggro all the time when staring at them

Endermen dont seem to always get aggro, when you stare at them.

Where exactly are you looking on their bodies?

Generally I look on there heads, but in the case when he doesnt get aggro, I even get closer and/or further, and look at every part of the body to trigger him.
