Doesn't Load single-player or multi-player worlds in the new 1.9.1 & 1.9.2 updates

I try to go on a single player world and it loads me into the world but the terrain has not loaded yet, then goes to the error screen (screenshot in attachment) and its been doing this for weeks now! Please find a solution!
