Huge lag and disconnect after joining a specific server.

Join server, everything teleports roughly every two seconds, get about ten seconds chat delay, after about a minute I disconnect with either no error or "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host", server console says "lost connection due to TranslatableComponent key='Disconnect.Timeout'".
Skype starts to break up as if the server is somehow eating all my bandwidth and others on the server start to lag - both fix as soon as I DC.

Both my internet connection and the hosts is absolutely fine on all other servers and games.

I manually forced a debug crash before disconnecting and have attached the report.

Hope someone can shed light on this.
Thanks.

everything teleports roughly every two seconds,

What exactly do you see? Could you attach screenshots/a video?

Just standard minecraft lag, everything moves for about a quarter of a second, then freezes for two seconds.
After a little hair tearing I closed all other applications on my PC and tried again, this partly fixed the problem in that the lag subsided to a somewhat playable level and I was only DCed every ten minutes or so. From this I guess that the issue is a lack of bandwidth, but I can play on Hypixel etc fine so that still doesn't explain why it's confined to one server

Increase the RAM to 2 GB and retry.

Had it at two, turned it down as a "Eh, there's no reason why this should work but let's try it" measure.

well, then don't turn it down, does it still occur when it's 2 GB or higher?

Sorry, I thought I'd made it clear, yes the bug does still occur at 2GB allocated.

Sorry, couldn't make that up, got thrown off by the "turned it down as a"

In case this is relevant, I often have issues connecting to the same person on Warframe - it gives a "Strict NAT" error.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
