Whenever I open a world or server twice during the same log-in period, it glitches an insane amount.

Say I open Minecraft, and join one of my worlds, or a server. If I "Save and quit to title" or "Disconnect", and then open/join a different world or server, it glitches like the pictures I have uploaded to this post. It doesn't matter if it's a server, a new world, and old world; it always happens. To fix it, I have to close Minecraft and open it again. If I want to open/join a different world or server, I must continuously close and reopen Minecraft in-between each opening/joining of a world. It's not an urgent problem, as far as I can tell, but it's extremely annoying, and it happens on both of my computers.
