[MC-100737] Elytra Teleport Bug

When teleporting using /tp while flying with elytra, the player enters a glitchy state of flight while walking. This does not resolve itself when the elytra are removed. Killing yourself will fix the issue.

Look at the last one, with my f3 screen. The Y axis says that i'm on TOP of the path, but I'm lying on it.
