Whenever the Minecraft window updates screen resolution (ie expanding the screen size, or switching from fullscreen to windowed mode) the zoom is off-centered (you'll see in the picture). The game is not modded in any way shape or form. The program being used is Razer Cortex which is a game booster and frames per second counter. This bug is a bug in vanilla Minecraft.
For confirmation(I believe in that still) of the validity of my statement please refer to the website where I downloaded Razer Cortex from: http://www.razerzone.com/ca-en/cortex
The problem appears to be solved. I was rooting through settings for the graphics and found some options, wondered about them and did some searching about them. Changed them to be more optimal, I am happy to report that changing those settings did resolve my own issue. In my own defense: I had to go into my home build's BIOS settings and change a few settings for this to work.
This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modified or 3rd party client, server, or launcher.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin / resource pack creator.
This site is for addressing issues related to the base unmodded Minecraft; Bukkit, Forge, Optifine, or any other modded system may invalidate your ticket.
Additionally, if you have problems on servers like Hypixel or The Hive, please report it to their corresponding site. It's probably not a bug in Vanilla Minecraft.
