Fatal Error suspected by Java Runtime.

Every so often I will get an error code that reads:

    I have followed every step that I have read on the Internet including Minecraft Forums etc in order to fix the problem but everything I have tried has not worked; this included me updating to the latest version, uninstalling & reinstalling Java and several other steps to do with computer administers and registries... The issue is very annoying and seems to be worse when I lag.

Can you please help me counter this problem so I can run Minecraft smoothly?
