Block glitch

Hello every time when i turn my render distance higher than 16 chunks my minecraft starts to freak out i dont know if you guys get this message a lot but it is really annoing i have tried it with optifine but it still glitches out this bug is only in 1.8 or higher if you guys could do something about it it would be nice (By the way i was reading in some minecraft book and it said that if you report a bug that you would have a chance of getting a cape can i please have 1 my username is: proNL3857)
