When openening your world to LAN and then quitting it doesn't seem to ever quit. Program hangs and idles untill force shutdown.
I experienced this bug before in 1.9. This issue has already been reported, thought I'd add some keywords to the title since I couldn't find the other thread using keywords 'LAN Save'.

Forced crash + it's Client Output.
The game output on a non-forced crash just says:

There's nothing special going on, I just killed the Minecraft Game window once it got stuck.
Nothing to see in the files except that your graphics driver is several versions outdated.
Update to http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/100868
Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
Please attach the following:
A forced crash report (F3+C for 10 seconds).
The log file (Launcher, tab with your username in it).
