planting lilipad at ice
What I expected to happen was is not shud works
*What actually happened was is works
Steps to Reproduce:
1. put out normel ice (frost waker works to)
2. palnt a lilipad.
3. you have a lili pad on a ice block

This is to prevent the lilipads from dropping when the water underneath freezes, even tho it's a valid location.
