Lily Pads spawn on Frozen Ocean near Swamp

Found some Lily Pads that spawned on top of ice on a Frozen Ocean next to a Swamp. You can also place Lily Pads on the ice in creative mode.

Edit: Just tested in a different seed in creative. You can also place Lily Pads on Blocks of Ice that you place in random biomes. This does not work with Packed Ice.
