Shield Block delay and animation bug

when blocking there is a 1 or 2 second delay so you really can't block, hit then block again without getting hit its shows you are blocking but you still get hit. very annoying problem and prevents me from blocking arrows properly. also there is a animation bug when another player blocks then you shoot his shield it gets rid of his block animation so it looks like he is not blocking but really is please fix these issues.
