Skin Glitch

So I expected to go on a server after the 1.9 update, and everyone's skin would show.
What happened was I went on to a server after the 1.9 update, and everyone has a regular Steve or Alex skin, including me!! It's been like this ever since the 1.9 update, and it does it on every server I go onto. It even did it on realms with my friends! It's really annoying and I hope you can fix it!
