[MC-101677] two blocks fused together

in minecraft my redstone world got an iron door and a beacon fused beacon on the bottom, top half iron door on the top and I recreated it with commands to make this image because i went away and the door half was gone so I decided to make it clear with commands using this image so plz fix this

That's always possible with commands.

actually there were no commands involved when I first encountered it I placed a door and the bottom half turned into a beacon without commands and my inventory was cleared without me opening my inventory or using commands
I used commands just to make the image because the door half went away
