I am not running any mods and I am using a free ad-supported aternos server for personal use (friends, sister. etc.) I will upload a video to youtube and send the link when my editing software exports it because I needed to put 2 clips together.
The game fixed itself after leaving it alone for a few minutes

I am having a similar issue in 1.10.2 on a server called Arkham Network but it is not repetitive
actually there were no commands involved when I first encountered it I placed a door and the bottom half turned into a beacon without commands and my inventory was cleared without me opening my inventory or using commands
I used commands just to make the image because the door half went away
