[MC-101692] /blockdata furance

when I use

/blockdata ~ ~-1 ~ {CookTimeTotal:20}

and standing on furance nothing happens, but I expacted the furance will cook 10* quicker. Doesen´t work with non-relative coordinates in server console thta don´t work too. But CustomName working from chat line and server command line.

I believe that "CookTimeTotal" does not make the item smelt faster in a furnace. Please check:

CookTime: Number of ticks the item has been smelting for. The item finishes smelting when this value reaches 200 (10 seconds). Is reset to 0 if BurnTime reaches 0.

So that means you just set the progress to 10% with the command, invalid/intended.
