1.14 did not crash. Some errors apper, becouse of world got corrupted in very old version (1.13 pre 10).

I am sure that I have privilige to write. Maybe it was that I forgot pspad opened and it was gathering informations to display file after external edit and maybe locked it for moment.

It's becouse of world gen code changes.
I meant - i will create a world with wanted generator settings and copy level.dat to serverś world
I do not use any external tool. I chrange the generator settings in server configuration file

this do not affects the world generation.

generator type will chrange, but the generator options will not affect it.
In some older snapshot of 1.9 version It generated correctly, and after updating It chranged.

it becomes visible if you somehow update the pistons (placing block near it)
In 1.15 pre 2 it no longer crash. The world is corrupted. It appers to be the same world as in MC-133815.
