Can't Get on Any World/Server

Well, I just downloaded 1.9.4 and suddenly I can't log onto my Minecraft Private SMP server. I then rolled back the version to 1.9.3...1.9.2... etc. It all had the same issue. But it was only on Singleplayer and My private SMP. Mineplex, Hypixel, and other big servers I didn't have a problem connecting to. My Java is updated to the latest version and I've never had this problem in the past. Here is the error message whenever my game will crash:
