[MC-101817] Undead/Zombies burn in rain under Trapdoors/Partial Blocks

Closest Issue Found — MC-78049

For some reason, if rain can't reach an undead Mob during rain, they will start to burn. Works with all blocks that have colliders, but still let sunlight through.

I had this happen to me just now. Zombie Villager caught on fire in my house while standing underneath a closed trapdoor leading out of the roof. It was daytime, but rain was pouring down. It burned to death before it transformed back..
