[MC-101818] Minecarts can't pass under upside-down slabs on slopes

Recreate the situation as seen in the picture. Notice the hitbox would be small enough.

Unsure if a new bug report is needed since this one has been forgotten anyways, but the same thing happens with upside down stairs. No collision yet the cart stops.
