[MC-101866] Dissapearing Lily Pads

I was going to make a sugar cane farm, but i found, possibly a bug. Sometimes lily pads dissapear.

You should replace the lily pads, fence the area in and light it up. Perhaps they're being trampled and despawn.

When do they disappear - immediately, after reloading the world, after restarting the game, ...?

Did you watch your hotbar to make sure every lilypad you attempted to place did actually place?
