I was playing Minecraft and when I put a carpet above a fence, the carpet lets you to jump the fence. And also clouds are separated.

Please do not post your issue in the "Environment" part, instead, put your computer specs there. Also, please create only one issue per ticket.
Based on your statement, the behaviour is intended, the hitbox of a fence is only so big, thus allowing you to jump onto the carpet and then on the fence. The clouds in Minecraft also have never been before stuck together.
