Minecraft PC: Nether Portal Blocks Render in Front of Particles (from Lingering Potion)

I was testing out the new lingering potions on my minecraft server (Bukkit), when I noticed that nether portal blocks render in front of the particles from the potion. I don't think this is supposed to happen.

I'll attach a screen shot to show you [guys] what I mean.

In the attached files, Screenshot1.png shows the bug. Screenshot2.png is so you know where the particles are in the world.
