Unable to place anything on Nether Wart Blocks

• Bone Blocks

• Nether Wart Blocks

Due to the fix of MC-102069 it does not happen for the bone block in 16w21a anymore. It is still the case for the nether wart block.

This is confusing. The title says Unable to place anything but your description says unable to place torches. Which one?

@unknown This bug is fixed since 05/27/16, so no one cares.
