Yes, you can either leave a comment or edit the bug using โEdit Reportโ in the Actions selection. Both will automatically re-open a report resolved as โAwaiting Responseโ.
I have resolved this one as duplicate of your other report now.
You missed the max_length
key. If you change your dialog to have a shorter initial value, you will see that you, in fact, cannot enter the text into the dialog because of the same length restriction.
The following command works without issue:
/dialog show @s { type: "notice", title: { text: "Notice" }, inputs: [ { type: "text", label: "Multiline Text", key: "multiline_text", max_length: 91, multiline: { max_lines: 5 }, initial: "sit amet, consectetur porttitor!!! :)" } ] }
max_length
has been set to 91 in this case.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
This does not seem to be related to tnt entities themselves. /summon tnt ~ ~ ~ {fuse:32767s}
does not appear to reproduce the issue.
Please attach the affected (zipped) world file with your tnt canon. If the file size is too large, please upload it somewhere else and then link to it here.
This issue is being temporarily resolved as Awaiting Response. Once the requested information has been delivered, the report will be reopened automatically.

โResolvedโ does not mean the change has been made, it means there is nothing left to do with this report.
You could still try the Discord server I linked. This is a feature request and not describing unintentional behavior, which is why it is invalid for this site.
I reworded the description a bit to reflect the summary / title of the report better โ as others pointed out the change that a scaled item will appear higher now is an intentional change.

0 always indicates no item, and then with rounding there has to be an inconsistency like this.

Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Working as Intended.
The report you have submitted is working as intended. The mob you attach the leash to will become the "leader". This means the leashed mob who is not "leader" loses most of its AI and will just follow the leader.
You can tell apart the two easily by looking at who follows which and by the fact that the leashed mob will always be looking towards the leading mob.
Because of this distinguishion, it doesn't make much sense that mob B would suddenly be leashed when you click mob A.

Interestingly, the tnt is not detected at all when an entity is already activating the pressure plate. If you
/summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Invulnerable: true, NoGravity: true}
, the power level will always be 1, even while the tnt is passing through.My guess is the mechanism for initially activating the plate and the one for counting up are slightly different and the one counting up does not react properly to entities being present for only one game tick.
