The `hat` parameter in the new player object defaults to `true` despite the changelog claiming it defaults to `false`

Steps to Reproduce

  1. /tellraw @s {object: "player", player: {name: "Panda4994"}}

  2. /tellraw @s {object: "player", player: {name: "Panda4994"}, hat: true}

  3. /tellraw @s {object: "player", player: {name: "Panda4994"}, hat: false}

As you can see, not defining hat and defining hat: true results in the same appearance.

This might very well be the intended behavior, it is just unclear as the changelog claims otherwise.
