If the "SkeletonType" or "Type" tags are used w/ /summon, the mobs get no weapons

I was doing some testing in the latest snapshot, and when summoning in a Stray, he had no Bow. Occurred with the other two types, but when leaving off the "SkeletonType" tag, the Skeleton that was summoned came with a Bow. Tried this with Zombie Pigmen, and indeed, if summoned with the "Type" tag, they do not wield a sword, and if it's left off, they do. Used Strays as an example. Left: Spawn Egg, Right: /summon

EDIT: Tried this in 1.9.2, and it still happens, so I don't know it this is truly a bug, or where the game disregards natural tags (Skeleton w/ Bow) when an artificial tag ("SkeletonType") is used (Skeleton w/o Bow).

Same for wither skeletons. WAI?

Same for regular Skeletons, last time I checked, so I'd assume it's WaI, you need to add their bow to the summon command.
You could also argue that Pigs turn into Pigmen with a golden sword MC-29534 when they're struck by lightning, so where does the golden sword come from? 😸

Now this is odd... It's only when you use the "SkeletonType" or "Type" tags with the /summon command that they don't have their respective weapon. Leaving it off spawns them as if they spawned naturally.

@Meri Diana Pigmen are different in this case, for when the lightning strikes, in that moment, the pig is despawned at the exact time a Pigman is spawned, and they always spawn with a Golden Sword.
