[MC-102265] When using the glowing effect the glowing affects the hat/sleeve layers including transparent

when you put the glowing effect and you have hat/sleeve layers on your skin will look like this picture

here is some instructions of how to obtain the bug

1. do /effect [PlayerName] glowing 60

2. Press F5 and go into third person view and you will see the bug

3.Use my skin for the actual results you can find it at this link https://namemc.com/profile/381ca6a8-88a6-4034-b81a-035905c0ff65 Press Known skins and then press on the one on the far left and then scroll down and press Use skin

I don't see anything wrong in the image, mind attaching one where you don't have the effect so we can spot the difference?

(I'm not at my pc now, so I can't test it)

Cannot confirm. Only the non transparent parts of the hat layer are glowing (in my case the only the glasses)

@unknown I said to use my skin because the part of the eyes are really transparent
