that not really a bug because if it was they would of have to fix it years ago
and btw that is how to texture is made

Yet only mirroring the top frame (using the model) fixed the issue.

correct. A similar disalignment occurs on the sides but it can be fixed in the same way

This was resolved as duplicate of MC-97303, I attached a fix pack there (you can check for mistakes if you have the time) there was a lot of stuff going on at the stairs, 43 different models now.
