Lava texture is all red (not orange anymore) - WaI?!

See screenshots, the Lava texture changed, I got no texturepacks active.
It's all Red, Overworld as well as Nether.

Got the same problem in 16w21a. What I noticed is, that only the bottom side of lava blocks (flowing and still) got the normal texture.
