It can be enabled for me with the current preview, and with driver .4091. However, based on the looks it doesn't seem correct - though that might be a different issue.
Edit: Nevermind, it's all working fine, just picked a bad example from the Marketplace at first - the Lights and Colour one looks good!

Amethyst blocks are "transparent blocks", similar to glass - this is intentional.
Please provide a screenshot of the setup with the F3 debug screen enabled.
Does it happen on fabulous graphics mode?
They only move inside the spawner if you are within spawning range.

Interesting, thank you for bringing this to our attention - this is likely an issue with Crowdin itself, and I have reported it to the correct place.
I am aware, I tested it since it's easy to do so, and have already confirmed the report 🙂 - I just wanted to make you aware of how we handle reports that are purely based on videos from other people.
Cannot reproduce in English (US) language, what language is your game set to? Also make sure you aren't using any resource packs.
Because this is the line the devs have drawn for parity issues.
